BDAZZ, "I believe he is refering to the quality/capabilities". One good definition of quality: Quality is what people want [in a product] edit: maybe ring tones, color screen, battery life, SIM card, MP3, GPS, nice price point, a particular form factor, availability, customer service, glamour! and whatnot. Providing what they want = market share "but Q/C will become increasingly more important in the near future." It IS important already. Always was. Always will be, by definition. Lars
