I certainly understand the theory of evolution and, as I said, the circumstantial evidence behind it. What I don't understand is what "drives" evolution because I don't believe that "natural selection" can do it on its own. I do accept that life has been on this planet for hundreds of millions of years and there is evidence to prove it. I also accept there are similarities between all vertebrates and also between the DNA of all living species. These are not arbitrary or casual observations and I am not compelled to make them. I do so by "free will", as I know you would like to say, because I believe the observations are true.
