yes, from what I've been hearing lately too, you've gotta offer the buying agent at least 3% to get them interested. Listing agents seem to be more flexible and willing to "settle" for 2%. What frosts me is when agents show clients only the homes with the larger commissions while homes that might better fit their clients needs but offer lower commission sit idle.
