Its ridiculous to find fault in someone because their adult child doesn't follow though on the convictions of the parent. Someone fighting a war is an adult. Their opinions are their own. And even if the children's lack of practical support for the political opinions of the parent somehow did reflect negatively on the parent (and it doesn't) your still committing an ad-hominem attack, rather then discussing the issue. Is this because you don't have any effective arguments about the issue, or is it just because you like attacking people?
