Cheney is clearly responsible for outing Plame. Libby said he was following orders. Rove and Bush are also responsible though. Rove and Libby, not Armitage were the first leakers. Armitage was one of them, but that doesn't in any way excuse Cheney, Rove and Libby, nor Bush. Quit lying. Armitage was working for Bush then anyway. You A-holes are just trying to scapegoat him because he's no longer in the gang. Just like you did Tenet. Anything tom protect master crooks Bush, Cheney and Rove. Even Rumsfield was thrown overboard to protect those three, as will Gonzales be soon.
