Liar. Polls have shown the public is solidly with the Congress in taking on rightwing Bushie policies and changing course. If congress has low approvalo numbers it's because it hasn't yet succeeded in taking Bush-Cheney down and erasing their misleadership. People want congress to be much tougher. They want the war funding cut off. They want health care changed. They want budgets balanced. They want crooks held accountable. And this is all happening, alibiet gradually.
