Wait until the Iraq War is over and oil falls to somewhere between $20 to $40 per barrel.

Mu idea is that gasoline and crude oil prices will go up enough to cause some REAL PAIN before the next election. The more stubborn people are about not cutting back driving the higher prices will ultimately go IMHO.
