MPWR had a high volume price move but was unable to hold its gains on the day. Price needs to consolidate in the coming days and then buy a break out. The low risk entry is to wait for some price consolidation.

TBSI is too extended from any decent support level. I wouldn't be chasing here.

Same thing for CLRK. Needs to consolidate and then wait for another break out.

You've got to catch these break outs as they occur, not after the move has been made. It has to do with risk. How far can price pull back and still be in an uptrend? If it's more than 8% to 10%, I won't chase. My guideline is to buy up to 5% above the break out point.
