The plumbers I know have more sense than to waste money on that ostentatious crap!

I did subcontract under a master plumber when I was working as a handyman, using his liscence. He was supposed to inspect my work, but never did. He threw work at about twelve other subs like me. He never did any work himself. His "office" was a stool by the runway at his favorite titty bar. He probably snorted a couple of Mercedes in cocaine every year..

Experienced, licensed, self-employed plumbers can change $50 to 150/hour depending on location. The lower rates are in areas with lower costs of living.

If they want one they should certainly be able to afford a Mercedes. As for mansions, I guess that depends on how you define mansions.
