Liar. Rove and Libby were the ones who outed Plame to the press. They were the sources for Judith Miller, Novack and Cooper. Armitage did so too but without the same kind of malaice, and at the time Armitage was one of the gang. Powell, as you remember, was driunking the Bushie koolaid then. Remember his pack of lies he told at the UN? All those lies cheney's people prepared for him to parrot. Libby would never have done what he did without direct orders from his boss, Cheney. And he said so under oath during his trial. Where he was fairly tried and CONVICTED, found guilty. Cheney and Rove are also guilty. I doubt Armitage is though, though he might be guilty too. doesn't excuse the others though.
