The firm will analyze all aspects of the shareholder meeting including the printing, transportation, mailing and distribution of shareholder documents; the interface with intermediaries, proxy solicitation, shareholder call campaigns and vendor evaluation.

Kevin Mackey, Managing Partner
Kevin began his career joining his father, a founding partner, at Corporate Investor Communications, Inc. (CIC), a multifaceted shareholder communications ?rm, in 1980. Throughout his 20-year tenure with CIC, as Chief Operating Officer, Kevin was responsible for business operations, venture strategy as well as CIC’s real estate development. He was instrumental in creating CIC’s Concept One which vertically integrated the printing, material transportation, mailing, proxy distribution and call center functionality for 2000 clients. Kevin was a founder of Source One Communications, Inc. which further diversified the service offerings provided to clients into the area of commercial contact centers.
After assisting with the successful sale of CIC in 2000, Kevin served as Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Directors at Georgeson Shareholder until 2003. Prior to founding Alliance Advisors, llc in 2005, Kevin spent two years in education serving on various boards.
