This is what he said: "Have you ever read the reasons they attacked us? They attack us because we've been over there; we've been bombing Iraq for 10 years." To me, that's a pretty clear indication that he believes the reason they attacked us was because we were over there and we were bombing Iraq for ten years, according to him and them. They attacked us because of what we did. Not anything having to do with the attackers, mind you, just what we did. So we invited the attack by what we did. So Rudy's comment seems to be pretty accurate if you ask me.
