LIAR. The Bush deficits are in the trillions. Bush routinely lies about his deficit and budget numbers, not counting war costs, and using phony benchmarks claiming he's "cut it in half". He never cut anything in half. He was just only half as bad as the worst-case estimates which his people made up out of thin air so they could lying and claim they were bringing down the deficits. Clinton created real hard cash surpluses his last 2 years plus Bush's first. Bush took those and reversed them, mainly to give the rich huge tax breaks, then he never veto'ed a single spending bill no matter how crammed with pork it was.
