Maybe I'm just overly sensitive to the "Bush lied" nonsense we've been hearing from the left, blaming the US for the invasion without offering any solutions. It is certainly a worthwhile thing to review past events with a critical eye in order to prevent future occurances. America surely seems to have trouble learning not to touch hot stoves like Vietnam, Lebanon, Somolia, and Iraq. <G> If Dr Paul's comments were with respect to preventing future problems, I agree with him. If they are intended to point fingers and place blame, I object.
