Gawd you are dumb. Clinton passed it, it was the Clinton gun ban and all it did was ban cosemtic features that made Dems weak in the knees. It was a huge joke, made magazine manufacturers a lot of money and died a good death. Now your party wants to extend the GUN BAN to almost all guns.
