Wolfowitz and Gonzales are now goners. About time. Gonzales may hang on for a few weeks but the die is cast. Such cronism is really bad for our government institutions. Gonzales was no more qualified to be Attorney General that Harriet Miers was to be on the Supreme Court or Condi Rice was to be National Security Advisor. The only real qualifications they had were Bush insider loyalists which just ramped up the secrecy and corruption. Now the house of cards is really falling. Cheney and/or Rove is next.
