Thanks for reminding me, I never managed to find out how well or badly NZ did GerryMander their silly single-seat districts and how you do it these days during the incremental reforms. Have you, for example, come up with some more sophisticated and complex software compared to th simple ones that USA and UK is using, more suitable for your new situation?? I am sure you know how things were done and are done with and around Epsom. Raymond Duray did not understand that process at all although it is known to cause bad brain damage already at early post-puberty.
