three things to note on HW:

1) their book value is all goodwill...remove that and they have a negative book value

2) they have had troubles in the past couple of years due to projects being delayed or canceled because high oil prices made them unattractive...since oil prices remain high, this may bode poorly for at least part of their business

3) in the past, a significant part of their business came from government incentivized operations, and at least back then, those incentives were due to expire, meaning that the business would be less attractive, or perhaps not viable at all

i haven't owned or followed the stock for quite a while, so i make no claims as to any current knowledge of the situation, especially the status of the government incentives, but these three factors may be of interest to anyone looking into the stock
