1. UN Secretary General Kofi Annan has stated publicly that the USA is in violation of the charter. And I should care because? Again your finding a person who agrees with your opinion, and then claiming that if this person says so, it must be true. Arguments from authority are only useful if both people agree about the authority. 2. Sovereignty is no issue for UN members. What is that supposed to mean? 3. Iraqi election was a farce. Hardly. Certainly much less the elections of many UN members (and then of course their are the members that don't have national elections) The current Iraq Govt. is a puppet of the USA. Dependent on, yes.
