UN Resolution 661 authorized use of force against Iraq back in 1990. That use of force was suspended by the cease fire agreement. Saddam subsequently violated the cease fire agreement.

So?? That does not mean UN authorized an invasion

Yes.

Not that the US is dependent on any UN authorization, but the resolution authorized use of force, and it wasn't rescinded. It was temporarily moot because of the cease fire, but if the cease fire is violated, no new authorization is needed to resume the use of force.

who is in bed with dictator Musharraf.

Just like we were "in bed with" Stalin during WWII. Sometimes war requires allies that don't exactly perfectly meet the standard you would like to uphold. Musharraf isn't nearly as bad as Stalin was, and may actually be the best reasonably possible choice in Pakistan for now. In the long run I'd like to see Pakistan have a real democracy, but in the short run that isn't going to happen, and strong steps to make it happen quickly would likely do more harm then good, quite possibly a lot more harm.

And thanks for confirming that it doesn't matter what the Iraqi government says.

I did no such thing. I showed how there was no law in force asking for a withdrawal, and there was no formal request from the head of state or head of government of Iraq. What there is , is one large party that calls for the US to leave, which does not amount to a request from the Iraqi government for us to leave.
