ROFL. Yeah that reads SO MUCH BETTER. AMD is now pre-announcing (by one YEAR) to-be-obsolete-at-launch CPUs. Wonderful.

However, I am rather disturbed that they issued a press release at this moment. I would like to see press releases about Barcalounger. A negative indicator, IMHO. No kidding. The first post here (sorry I don't want to search for it) compared this thing to Intel's Santa Rosa, with all sorts of noise about AMD being ahead of Intel on features, and even noting that Intel would not have comparable features until their next generation after Santa Rosa! WTH, this thing won't be out until Intel's next generation. Why compare to Santa Rosa? I applaud those who have made money off the current bounce (as I've sat on the sidelines), but AMD looks to me to be in very dire trouble going forward.
