That means you are for freeing most, if not all people at Gitmo, right? A majority of people who where ever at Gitmo are no longer at Gitmo. Many of them have been released. Unfortunately some of them the people we released where terrorists as their subsequent actions have shown. Note that no charges have been brought up against most of them Note that no charge where brought up against the vast majority of people that we have captured in all the wars in our history. People have to be charged with something before you can call them "terrorists". Charged with something, meaning a criminal indictment? No, that isn't a requirement to call them terrorists. Charged with something meaning accused in any way? Well I suppose yes, but only because calling them terrorists is itself an accusation.
