Do you have a link to any credible source for that comment? Preferably a qualified and recognized spokesperson for the states you refer to, rather than a sheltered trust fund baby from So Cal.

Nope.

I understand fossil fuels, I also understand solar. We build plants in both areas. My main area is electrical and our main plants lately are ethanol. Our main plants up until a few years ago were acid, phosphoric and sulfuric. We make nice things......
