rat brain, how is the "Supreme Court demanding executive action on global-warming emissions" All the Supreme Court ruled in clear unambiguous stupidity is that CO2 is to be considered as a pollutant as defined in some other law and the Gov has the authority to regulate it. Clearly all that was proved is that 5 supreme court justices are mentally defective. "President George W. Bush stepped before the cameras in the Rose Garden the other day and said, essentially, nothing." The genius of leadership is
