The only possible consequence of regularly exploiting the news of dead or maimed soldiers is to contribute further to the suffering of the people who care about those soldiers. Apparently he feels that will lead to enough despondency for his political opponents that they will lose heart and stop caring to stand up for liberty and justice in the world or for American interests.

Cosmokramer has a long history of demonstrating his disdain for military personnel. His mocked concern for their deaths is a transparent fraud that no one falls for, not even those who advocate his brand of extremist politics. He further exposes his extremist persona by gleefully posting about the tragic losses, knowing that it causes further pain to those effected by that loss, and attempting to rub people's noses in it. He justifies it in his own mind as good for the cause of advancing socialism in America.

Yahh it's a crazy idea, but he's very ill.
