Well it is going to be talked about, so we best be prepared. I will start with this simplistic statement: The inclination to threaten, backed by a demonstrable willingness to cause serious harm, contingent on the prisoners willingness or not to provide information on request is the intent to commit torture. As Tim pointed out other treatments not rising to this definition may also qualify as objectionable. I've got to leave but will check back in later. Take care, Gem
