CME housing futures: Is NOBODY actually using these? Message 23513861 I'm curious about the mechanics of them, and would love to talk to somebody about it. Do I have to be the one to dip my toes into unfamiliar waters first? It appears that one would have made money being short in February and March in most places, but I would love to find out just how well that would have worked in practice. Scary part is that you could have been dead nuts on a year ago and still not made a dime being short in several cities. BC
