What hurt you in the contest portfolio? Any real life opportunities as a result do you think?

5/25/07 Update
Both the Nasdaq Biotech Index and Contest portfolio median managed small gains for the week. The NBI closed Friday up 3.52% YTD (vs. up 3.00% YTD a week ago), while the Contest median closed up 2.46% YTD (vs. up 2.36% YTD a week ago). At week's end, 19 of the 31 Contest portfolios were in the black with 14 of the 31 beating the NBI.
The Four Horsemen of the Cortex continued to head the pack, with the Numero Uno position switching to FRED with a YTD portfolio gain of 34.7%. And, super-charged by CYPB, Manny vaulted into fifth place with a 22.2% YTD gain.
