Good on you! What ever happened to neighbors watching for neighbors? The spike guy was arrested yesterday and taken to Harris County Jail. We live in a city that has a different county then the rest of the city. Harris County is huge and not the nicest of places to be placed in jail. He has been charged with a Class A Misdemeanor Assault. In his written confession, he said he never intended to harm any person or animal. The D.A. took this into consideration and charged him accordling. As I said before, it's not likely he's going to serve any jail time except for being held while trying to post bail. He's got legal fees, fines and restitution as well as having this follow him for the rest of his life.
