I'm reading a book now, and I had to laugh, the cops were talking about the old days in LA when a plane would land with a Mafia on board...the cops would beat the stuffings out of them and send them back to Chicago or New York..

The spike guy was arrested yesterday and taken to Harris County Jail. We live in a city that has a different county then the rest of the city. Harris County is huge and not the nicest of places to be placed in jail. Great news! I have no doubt the police acted on this because you were so active in pushing the issue. Good for you. Although he will likely get off relatively easy (fine, possible probation), his brush with the law should teach him that acting out as he did is not the way to express your displeasure with golfers using the vacant lot next door as a shortcut.
