Yes --tongue-in-cheek, that is. I don't think the Israeli pollster took the trouble to interview Arab Israelis... Orthodox Russians, however, may have been polled as well.

Of course, in any other democracy --be it the US, the UK, France, Germany, you name it-- such a bias in the interviewee sample would have been mentioned by the pollster, if only for the sake of professionalism and credibility. In the US, for instance, I can hardly imagine a pollster interviewing only white Christian people without disclosing it... But then again, Israel is so special, isn't it? The only Judeocracy in the Middle East, they say.
