I don't think we have seen the final bill yet.... (It hasn't even passed the Senate yet, nor the House. It's just a proposal from a hand full of Senators --- and the Prez --- and even some of the Senators that were first on-board have jumped ship already. No telling what the 'final' bill will look like yet... or even if there will be anything that passes.) I think though that most of the candidates for President are just hoping it will go away --- or that some sort of 'fig leaf' will pass, just long enough to see them through the election.
