RR,

The S&P pop is pretty small; generally speaking, however, how far do you let it run before cutting a loss?

You got your SPX drop today, RR. Nice. Sell in May and go away.

Moose in the yard...

Baby foxes...

You got it made.

RR,

This being Memorial Day weekend coming up and all, I got a quick story to tell you since it reminded me of your father.

I'm now taking flying lessons.
My Certified Flight Instructor is 83 years old and flew in the Pacific on a B-25. He said it had a huge cannon mounted on it that would practically stop the plane in mid air when it fired. It was used at very low altitudes. He said it was hard not to continue watching the projectile as it shot out. He explained this was not good, because you did not want to follow it where it was going. Kablooey.

He's an amazing man with lots of stories to tell, I'm sure.

I'm trying to remember what your father flew on. Was it the B-17?

The other day I watched a show featuring the B-17 and how it would stand up to all sorts of fire. Many flew back to base minus parts like engines, tail wings, and big holes ripped through them. Incredible machines. Incredibly brave guys inside them.

Anyhow, I'll be tipping one to your father this weekend.
