Market rising on cheap cost of capital, falling dollar and spread of US consumerism worldwide.. Only question is who are the ultimate bagholders from this sustained inverted yield curve and credit losses down the road. Have Goldman Sachs and Citicorp and Bank America effectively offshored all this high risk debt to China and some irrelevant new age hedge funds?
