No, in that case it was because Wal-mart had thousands of employees who were living off of taxpayers for health care.

And no others were? How many govt employees in Maryland? All govt employees live off of taxpayers.

If Wal-mart's employees are living off of government provided health care, that because the government decided to provide it to them. Now you get a turn around where this provision is justification for further actions by the government, where it has to force wall mart to pay for health care. Its "The Nanny Two-Step"
