Agreed! However, I think the money from this PP will be used to buy a new mill. It was an opportunity they decided to take and timing is not great since the entire sector got whacked this month but I prefer to see them grab that mill now instead of waiting until later when the market conditions may be better. BGL still has a very tight share structure and they are only issuing 2.5 million shares in this placement, plus a half warrant. cheers! COACH247
