I don't think waterboarding is torture when done by trained interrogators within limits that forbid long term harm. The other drill hole examples you gave qualify under classic torture definitions. "I can guarantee you that others in this world are not one bit bashful in SERIOUS torture before killing their victims! Some of those other people are posting on this thread, I am not one of them.
