Depends. In what atmosphere or liquid mix? At what volume? Through what orifice?

I was investigating what sound volume was needed to remove algae from the sides of irrigation canals once. Seems the suckers do a GOOD job of clogging them. They wanted an alternative to chemical cleaning (nasty evil corporations! This was LONG before the ecofreak riot). Then gadget used would boil a cup of coffee in under a second.
