LIAR. A speech about Saddam in 1992 has absolutely nothing to do with Saddam's status 11 years later. We decimated his military between those years. Also, we had UN inspectors in Iraq in 2003 and they were getting access and found nothing. But Bush kicked them out. Why? Bush knew Saddam didn't have WMD. It was all a scam, a hoax and a monumental crime against the American People and our military. Bush-Cheney have STILL not told us the truth about why they needed to invade, and why they had no plan once they got there.
