Excellent. We're absolutely winning. No doubt about. We've turned the corner and the evildoers are in their last throes. We're progressing, not as fast as we would all like but we're progressing. There's a Constitution and there were free elections. They've had so many free elections that I've lost count. You can travel in parts of Badhdad as Sen McCain has done and the good Senator tells us that Gen Petreus leaves the green zone every day in an unarmoured vehicle. There are other signs of progress. For example. Things were going so well that the Iraqi parliament wants to take a two month vacation. I ask you, if things weren't going well do you think they would ponder a two month vacation? I think not. And there are other signs as well. Millions of Iraqis are also on holiday. They are taking their vacations in Syria, Iran and Egypt. Other millions are vacationing in-country. Mostly in the resort towns in the eastern part of Iraq. Sure, the UN calls them refugees and displaced persons, but they're on holiday. jttmab

Re Psycotic and delusional...."What seems most characteristic about the type of Islam practiced in the Middle East today (and being exported around the world) is that its attitude toward women most certainly has no relationship to reality. Reality is indeed a "mistake" in their eyes, and they fully intend to rectify it--no matter how many deaths and lives are sacrificed to their perverted religious ideology. Psychiatrists generally refers to this state as "psychotic" and "delusional". This is an invalid augument insofar as reality is not defined by you or i ...the fact that something is widely practiced would indicate that it is real .
