I haven't heard of ANY of the 'other candidates' taking the position that they want to ban him from debates.

(After all... any conceivable objective criteria like 'position in the polling' or 'campaign contributions', or 'strength of conservative voting record' or such... would likely see MANY of the other candidates 'banned' before him. :-)

I have only heard of various Party flacks making foolish suggestions like that....
