To get ANY welfare, food stamps, medical, etc people should all have to produce proof of their birth in the US OR to be a Naturalized citizen.

If they can't prove citizenship, then they shouldn't get a speck of taxpayer paid aid.

And who is the Senate kidding....These people are voting already. Many have fake ID's, get drivers licenses with them, then go online and register to vote using those fake ID drivers licenses for proof they can vote.

Rush carefully made that point to his 20 million listeners. The path to citizenship is window dressing. The minute Bush signs the bill they are all here legally and entitled to, as you say - welfare, medicine , everything a citizen gets except the right to vote.
