Institutional holdings up to 55.8% now.. Goldman-Sachs has increased position by 408.49% from less that 250k to 1,280,814 shares. Franklin Resources has increased to 5,066,234 shares, up 44.9% nasdaq.com Does this portend a bottom being put in place around $15/share psychological support level? The next couple of weeks will tell.
