Are you stating that it is illegal for Big Apple, their IR firm, to be aware of Plasticon selling shares to satisfy debt?

The aggressive PLNI shareholders will not yet accept the truth. We have been through this before and only the honest investor is able to admit when they made a terrible decision and fought the truth. The others hyped a worthless company and were dishonest with not only themselves but with other people who risked money and helped cause their losses. Too bad, they do not recognize their part in this...
