Pay a realtor 6% or pay a company 2%, what's the difference? The work gets done either way. One way is just a lot more efficient/cheaper than the other.

nah I'm just pointing out how websites can be financed these days through ads, pretty easily. And real estate ads are the most lucrative ones. Now whether somebody has the wherewithall to create this site is another matter. I think one huge problem is the cyclical nature of real estate and the chance that these sites will go under during a downturn is a risk to this business model. The condoflip experience, I mean.
