The Seattle online marketing company announced a deal Monday with Fox's Latin American Channels division, a News Corp. subsidiary, to develop Spanish-language Web sites, including ones focused on cooking, photography, soccer, health and women.

"Marchex has likely amassed one of the largest Spanish-language domain portfolios in the industry," Thomas Weisel Partners analyst Christa Quarles said in an analyst note. She said the area is still underdeveloped, "and represents a long-term growth opportunity for the company."

Shares of Marchex added 58 cents, or 4.3 percent, to $13.99 in premarket trading, from their close Monday at $13.41....
