It is behind every insinuation "that Al Qaeda is a U.S. invention" that some people on this board pontificate. Bush is the president of the U.S. so, according to your delusional theory, who else if not him and Cheney invented Al Qaeda? And the last time I checked, Al Qaeda well pre-dates the Bush presidency... Regardless, it is the most insidious concept of a very paranoid uneducated, delusional thinker! The same lot of people that think that 911 was an "inside job" Absolutely scary that these people are American Citizens and have voting rights.
