Yes you are onto it. Their original language to re open left open the possibility that any funding was going to come from us, the employers. Our attorney's wrote it up that they can re open to fund but it will come from the package or the guys checks.

It's not pretty and it's really an ugly waste of money. Can you imagine what these poor folks would have after 30 years of putting 7 bucks an hour into an 401K? Unreal.
