Its 1st Q revenues were up 12% although the earnings were lower. It is also expected that the 2ndQ revenues will show a better comparison from 2006, but the improvement on earnings isn't expected until 2008.

It seems MATK has a good chance of providing a good % return from present levels, albeit it may take more than 12 months.<g>

AGIX Is up 10.12% in spite of the warning from the NAZ about possible delisting, but volume remains low.<g>

On Wed,it said it has restructured another $17.5M of its remaining 2008 convertible debt. Under the deal, $17.5M of notes due in 2008 were exchanged for $5.5M in cash and $11.5M of 4.5% convertible notes due March 2011.According to AGIX,it has now restructured $100M of 2008 convertible notes, that have been reduced to $30.5M.

Since my previous comments, AGIX had a good run from its L of $1.04 on Aug 16 to its H of $3.32 on Sep4 ( a 219% gain in 12 trading days, which isn't bad these days. <g>)

AGIX has been forming a base at the $0.36 level for the last 2 months, if it can get back to the $1 level it would be a good % gain, but with its $2.23 negative CF & the EL for 2007 & 2008, at this point it looks very risky.<g>
