Great info Keith and thanks. You ought to be working for Dawson James! Or perhaps more aptly, Feral & James Co. :-) Although a conspiracy theorist type of individual might say that is exactly why AMGN SHOULD make a play for ANX. It wouldn't be the first time one company bought out another, only to suppress the "purchasee" and their technology to protect/prolong a current franchise and/or product life. It could always be rolled out at a future date. Honestly, with insiders and key "others", i.e. Icahn, etc. holding less than 30%, I still fail to see how they could prevent a meaningful hostile take-out. Lots of Joe Blow shareholders might vote "yes" to a 2X or 3X takeout offer, when insiders and others are dreaming of 10X or 20X........ A JNJ type could swallow ANX whole for 2X or 3X and not even blink.......
